Issue Syncing Converted video to Dropbox or Google Drive

I select a movie to Sync from the web interface, and select either Dropbox or Google Drive as my destination.

 
The convert goes fine, but the upload to either one gives the same simple error:
 
"Cloud & Folder Sync failed. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."
 
I have also included the debug logs below, not sure what to make of them.  And the Mac Mini does have internet access.
 
I read through the Sync Wiki, and I feel like I have followed everything the best I can, but maybe I missed something.
