Load time

I recently updates to server Version 3.0.5168.16132

 

With prior server it took about 20 seconds to load 1200 movies.

With update, it now takes 40 seconds to load.

 

Does this performance degradation sound normal?

 

I am using XBMC with the XBMB3C addon.

I went this route because at this time with MBT, I have issues with video playback necessitating the use of an external player.

I also need the use of playlists which as my last check does not work within MBT.

 

Due to my using a workaround, I can't tell if it is new version of server or possible XBMC addon causing the slowdown.

That does not sound normal, although please read the blog post about the release. It has to rescan your library completely. If you're browsing while that's still going (which is ok), it might be a little slower than normal.
