Auto refresh within apps

Hi all, I'm noticing something weird happening and am not sure if it's just me or not.

 

When using any of the apps (web app, Android, iOS), there is no auto updates of watch status or newly added items. I tend to have to switch libraries and then go back to the library I was looking at (or home) for any changes to update.

 

Is this a known thing or have I got a cofig issue somewhere? I guess I'm just assuming that all changes to media items are live and shouldn't require a full page refresh.
