XML Plugin doesn't appear to be working after upgrade

Emby doesn't appear to be reading the metadata from xml files after the upgrade to 3.2.28.0.

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the xml plugin. Still no luck. 
Including the log.

Same problem here.

 

Added new episodes to existing series, xml data was created with metabrowser but not read by emby.

 

Manual reload or scanning library also doesn't help.

Check if there is a plugin update available. 

 

Also, metabrowser supports nfo generation so for a better experience consider that as well. Thanks !

Plugin version 3.0.6434.24532 is installed.

 

Dashboard doesn't show a new plugin version, also not after checking for plugin updates.

 

The plugin catalogue shows newest version 3.0.6440.36832 (Release) but seems to be unable to install, just a spinning circle when I click on install.

 

For creating nfo files the kodi plugin in metabrowser should be used, right?

After restarting the emby server, the plugin update was displayed and I was able to install it.
