Auto Organize: Error Code NULL with organizing

Because nothing happened after posting this issue in an existing topic about another issue with auto organizing I try it with a new and seperate topic.

 

My recorded tv shows are renamed to show name with a date format that used to be picked up by the auto organize option. For a few months now I get with some of these recordings an error with auto organize and I don't understand why?

 

My recording looks like this "Match of the Day .2017.08.19.mp4"

 

The info for the recordings is available for longer than one or two days at the tvdb.com but every time auto organize tries to organize it gives an NULL error. When I do it myself and choose the right serie with season number and episode number I get the same NULL error.

 

Can this please be looked into and fixed?

Today I have this issue again and now refreshing the serie doesn't work.

It has been sorted now but why didn't it do that two days ago. The info at the tvdb was available and I had refreshed the serie some time ago on your advice.

Auto Organize keeps giving me problems. It looks like it is only happening when there are dates in the file name.

These two shows with TVDB indo just won't be organized and give the null error again.

Dance Dance Dance .2017.09.23.mp4

 

Refreshed both series (again) but it doesn't work anymore. Why and what does the NULL error mean?
