fantasticn 1 Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 I am using Emby Server on a Windows machine and the Emby-plugin for Kodi on several clients (3x Android (NVidia Shield) and 1x LibreElec). Almost all my movies are tagged using Ember Media Manager and have their title song included in their respective folder as "theme.mp3". Most of the theme.mp3-files do also have mp3-tags (Artist and Album Artist = "Various Artists", Album Name = "Movie Themes"). I use tvtunes-addon to have those theme.mp3s playing when entering the info-page of a movie in the kodi movie library. All movies a scraped by Emby Server and synchronized with the Kodi clients using the respective emby-plugin. My Kodi music library is also synchronized with Emby Server. I only have the folder of my music-files being scraped by Emby Server and NOT any of the movie folders. However, somehow all the theme.mp3s are also scraped into the Kodi music libraries on my clients. I happened to realize it when I had the "most recent albums" widgets displayed in the main menu. Most of those theme.mp3s are listed under "various artists" and the album "Movie Themes" (which is how they are tagged). This is quiet suprising since the movie folders which they reside in should not be scraped into the music library. Also I cannot find those theme.mp3s listed in music library on Emby Server itself. But since I only sync music libraries on my Kodi clients with Emby Server I assume it is somehow caused by Emby. Any ideas how I can get rid of the theme.mp3s becomming part of the music library of Kodi?
navanod 12 Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Just noticed the same in my music library, ditto on how to hide these themes from the music library. If there not showing up in the Web Client than an issue with the Kodi plugin?
