wolverine79936 1 Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 Hello, again. Is there anyway to equalize the volume on all the videos that Emby plays? I play one stargate episode and I turn the volume on the computer down to 10 and it still sounds loud. A Star Trek episode and I have to turn the volume on the computer all the way up to 100 and it still sounds like everyone is whispering. Is there any way to easily resolve this volume issue?

Luke 42079 Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 What you can do for the low volume, assuming audio downmixing is occuring, is you can go to the server Transcoding menu and adjust the audio boost when downmixing, and increase it. Be advised this will affect all Emby apps that use server transcoding. For the others if the volume is too high make sure to adjust both the browser volume and the overall system volume. Actually you may want to play with this first.
