revengineer 142 Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 I caution folks about upgrading, especially if you own a Prime, which cannot be downgraded. Many folks shot themselves in the foot with the 2016 upgrade and have found themselves to be slaves of the beta cycles hoping for a fix with every new release. If things work, don't touch. I am still running the 2015 version and it works well. I am worried that the new version will be required at some point because they shut down the old guide servers.
Guest asrequested Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 It all works just fine, on both of my primes.
Nisten 15 Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 "Add support for upgrading the firmware via the device webpage." So much yes - took me a while to find out how to upgrade the firmware but for future upgrades, it should be easier
