The best way to get help is to start a new topic with a meaninful title and provide the following information: Which version of the skill you are using: Release or Beta. What time you got the error message. If you are unsure, try to recreate the bug and include the time. Which language you are using: English US, English UK, etc. A description of the problem you are experiencing. What did you say exactly, what Alexa think you said and the behavior you expected.
