Multiple 'user stopped playing X' log messages.

I have been noticing quite alot of repeated log messages showing up. Its always related to messages about a users stream. '<user> stopped/started playing <media>' one start with two or three stops several minutes apart, or occasionally multiple starts in a row with one or two stops after (so: start, start, stop, stop). 

 

Im curious what might cause this, but I guess im also reporting it as a bug.

 

I can guarantee that there isnt multiple streams at once (multiple devices/browsers signed in at once)

Been happening to me for about a month or so.  Every 7 or 8 minutes I get a notification that the user has stopped playing content, even as I sit there and watch the content continue playing in the server dashboard and on the client itself.

I have start/stop notifications enabled for a user, and have been getting 3 notifications each time they start/stop... probably for 2 months now.  I believe this has already been reported.

Can confirm, this has been present for at least several months for me.
