Where can you change the genre images?

Does anyone know where in the Metadata manager or elsewhere can I change the image for the genre folders?

which ones the movie and tv genre images were removed a long time ago

 

think music still has them

There are clients that still use them.

 

They are located in your metadata folder.  default location \Emby-Server\Metadata\Genre

You could probably also edit the images in emby theater.

We should be able to set these images via the web client as they are displayed in other clients.

 

Can we have Genre folders back in the web client as other client have them.  I know there are header links which is needed to used 99% of the time to show more of that Genre.

Along this line, why were the Genre folders/images removed? I really liked those!

 

Primarily due to the fact that they required text on them which then meant there was almost no way for them to be properly supplied for all translations.
