Live TV Stuttering w/HD Homerun Prime

When using my HD Homerun Prime to watch a local channel emby constantly freezes, but when I watch the same channel using live channels on my Nvidia Shield I get no issues. 

 

I am on the current beta of both.

 

Server Specs are as follows

 

8gb of RAM

3.39ghz 4 sockets and 8 cores - Xeon Processor 

128gb SDD HDD 

Server 2012 r2

What apps are you having this problem with?

I use the Android TV App on my Nvidia Shield it is hardwired via gigabit to my network

But didn't you say that it plays well on your Shield? What are you using when it freezes?

The Live Channels App that is built into Android TV works great but when I use the Emby App and go into live tv I get stuttering.
