Do active recordings need to be on a separate line

I have been looking and wanted to reported earlier but does it need a separate line should it be on the left hand side of now on and first posters on latest recordings line. 

 

Currently when you go to the home screen I have in now on only see only one of the two recordings the other I have to scroll for it  and when I look at the latest recordings they are not there.

By default they are not on a separate line any more are blended in with On Now. In your case, you don't have these new defaults because you may have customized your home screen sections, but you can re-organize them manually.

 

As far as them not showing up in latest recordings, i'll fix that. thanks.

That was pretty silly of me there is active recordings as one of my selections I must have done that as I haven't seen the recordings on now on screen. It would be preferable if all the recordings in progress are first.

Another item to look at if there are two active recordings in place if you go to recordings from live tv screen you only see one of the in progress recordings even though you have 2 recordings at the same time. I noticed that many times but never reported.

I don't think we should do that because the Latest Recordings row is going to have them first.  That is really where you should be looking for them anyway.

The issue is that they don't appear until a while I have started 2 recordings it has been now 6 minutes and they are still not there and if I go to live TV recordings I only see one of the two recordings. That is why I suggested in on now that recordings are together unless again I messed with my settings.

 

Also if I go to live TV schedule I see that there are 2 recordings in place.

 

The other issue I have with latest recordings line is that it takes me to series screen instead of that latest recording.

 

To me this recording TV is all over the place in wmc it is so simple you have one recording screen and in that recording screen you choose how you want your recordings to be shown and it has been the same view since I started using wmc which is probably 10 years ago I will attach a screenshot but in Emby it is here there very confusing.

This is my home screen there are two recordings in progress but you can't see them on on now and the recordings  as I went further to the right

 

 

So I go to live tv recordings I can only see one then I go to schedule recordings

In WMC there is no two recordings place there is one and in that one you chose how you want it to display 

 

 

This is how I have it in the date order but you have other options like title that is similar how emby recordings outside live tv looks like only in emby it is better because it has posters.

I'll need to look at the sorting, but the recordings tab should have them both at the beginning.

I just did a little test started one recording went to live tv recordings it was there started another recording went back the recording that was there disappeared but this new one gets shown in its place.

With the new update another row appears automatically when a recording starts only thing now is that there are two latest recordings rows instead of single row.
