Client version changing in dashboard

I've noticed this many times, but saw it again today and wanted to get a better understanding.

 

Today, I have a client connected via an Apple TV and watching a specific movie.

 

When I first noticed this, it said they were using tvOS 1.0.20.  Then, a few seconds later, it stated 1.0.19.

 

And back and forth every little bit.  Sometimes it will last a few seconds.  Sometimes 30 seconds or so.

 

Just keeps bouncing back and forth between 1.0.19 and 1.0.20.

 

Why on earth is this happening?

 

I've seen it for other platforms besides tvOS as well.
