Guest Arg Posted August 11, 2017 Posted August 11, 2017 (edited) Hi, I've just installed Emby on my dedicated server (CentOS 7) and configured my firewall : firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=8096/tcp --permanent firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=8920/tcp --permanent But I can't I can't connect to http://servername:8096 or https://servername:8920 However it works fine when I do : ssh user@servername -L 8888:localhost:8096 And then I connect without any issue to Emby interface through http://localhost:8096 I use the default Emby settings Edited August 11, 2017 by Arg

Jdiesel 1431 Posted August 11, 2017 Posted August 11, 2017 I'm not sure I understand what you mean. It's a dedicated server, it doesn't belong to my local network. Who is your provider? Do they have a hardware firewall that is configured through the control panel in front of your server?
