You might also consider trying out Emby Server for .net core: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/50012-emby-server-for-net-core/ thanks, but that's no option until plugins will work there. Do you consider to apply my suggestion, starting the kodi sync after library scan?
horstepipe 422 Posted August 18, 2017 Author Posted August 18, 2017 If you look through the forums, there are a lot of people having the same problem in combination with Linux and Kodi, so this could solve it for all of them, couldn't it?
horstepipe 422 Posted August 21, 2017 Author Posted August 21, 2017 Let me know if you still experience issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Unfortunately, I do. Since I'm using CoverArt and a couple of movies are being added on library scan, Emby server crashes almost always (Only when Kodi clients are connected). I disabled the force of artwork caching on almost all clients, just 2-3 remain. Upgraded my vps to 6 cores and 24gb ram without any change.
Angelblue05 4132 Posted August 21, 2017 Posted August 21, 2017 Ok. Thanks for reporting back. Do you get huge library updates? Did you ever provide your Kodi log from the time the server crashed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

But If you want me to it's no problem :-) 1
