mskenny 8 Posted August 10, 2017 Posted August 10, 2017 Since installing version 3.2.26.0, I've noticed that Live TV seems unstable. It will work fine for a couple of days, and then when I try to start a stream I just get the spinning circle. The rest of the website works fine and I can play music but not stream live TV. This has happened 4 or 5 times since I did the most recent update. If I go to the server and restart the Emby service, it works again for a few days. I've attached the most recent logs. Thanks. Luke 42086 Posted August 10, 2017 Posted August 10, 2017 hi @@mskenny, it could be any number of things. Have you checked your signal strength when this happens? Is your HDHR firmware up to date. Also, try shutting down Emby Server, then deleting this folder: C:\Users\Melissa\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\ffmpeg\20160410 Then start back up and it will download a newer version. See if that helps. Thanks.
mskenny 8 Posted August 15, 2017 Author Posted August 15, 2017 Thanks. I checked my HDHomeRun Prime for a firmware update but found none so I think it is up to date. I deleted the folder C:\Users\Melissa\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\ffmpeg\20160410 but there was already a newer version there. I've installed the newer Emby version 3.2.27 that was just released and we'll see how that goes.
Guest asrequested Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Here's the latest beta firmware. https://forum.silicondust.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=20613
mskenny 8 Posted August 20, 2017 Author Posted August 20, 2017 Since I upgraded to version 3.2.27, I have not had this problem again. Thanks for your help.
