Delete library to start again

I want to start again with emby on ubuntu server 16.04, for this I would like to delete the libraries, cache, fanart, database, etc ...

it's possible?

The plugins and configurations are perfect I do not want to touch it

If you want to wipe out everything you might as well start with a fresh install. It is easier than going through directories and deleting things.
