doddsie 10 Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 I have done a clean install of Version 3.2.26.0 in windows 10 64bit. I added 6 test movies with only the MP4 in each movie named folder. Emby successfully downloaded the data (Nfo, poster, logo, thumbnail, banner, fanart as well as Extrafanart and extrathumbs folders). opening Emby and selecting the movie folder and selecting views - NO poster, Banner or postercard - Thumbs and Thunmbs card are OK Selecting the Movie - Edit Images - only LOGO and 3 Backdrops are showing this is consistent over the 6 movies Library Settings Download artwork - selected Save Artwork - Selected enable real time monitoring - selected Meta Manager is reporting missing primary image let me know if you need more information. This exercise was carried out due to missing poster view images on my master server - and being replaced with thumbnails. Doddsie
Zekeman 11 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 (edited) I am having the same exact issue... movies are not showing any posters only backdrop image for posters.. and as doddsie said editing images only shows logos and backdrops where posters should be... I am on the latest beta... 3.2.26.21 beta. This started the prior beta. Do you need my emby server log as well? EDIT: Went back to 3.2.26.0 (non beta) and everything went back to the posters... so I am assuming something in the last two beta updates changed the way posters are supposed to be displayed.... Zekeman 11 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 (edited) Here you go Luke... not sure if you saw my edit above, looks like we posted at the same time... server-63638019907.txt Edited August 12, 2017 by Zekeman
Luke 42085 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 i would go back to the beta because it has made database changes that the stable version won't be able to cope with.
Zekeman 11 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 i would go back to the beta because it has made database changes that the stable version won't be able to cope with. Is a beta from two revisions ago available to download, so posters are working again?
Zekeman 11 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Ok disregard.... now going back to the beta again it stayed at the poster view.... not sure what happened then...
