Trying to access local IP when outside network

When I use app.emby.media to connect from outside my network it works great, except, it will randomly hang up on a AJAX page request to the machine's LOCAL IP address! All other requests to the server/api are using the correct public IP (as seen via Chrome Network Inspector), but it's obvious the call to /emby/system/info/public is being prefixed incorrectly.  Should be a quick fix :-)

http://192.168.1.22:8096/emby/system/info/public  (hangs FOREVER and fails)

It's normal. We always test the local address first, then switch to external if it falls. In most cases it should fail quickly although on some networks I've seen it wait the full timeout period.

Good to know. I had two URLs that were hanging (wasn't sure which one was blocking the page load). I reported the other URL under another topic a few minutes ago (that one is more serious).  You can delete this topic.  Thanks!
