hstamas 179 Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 I have some movies ripped that ive also ripped the extra short files along with them. I believe I have everything named correctly and have the short films inside of an "Extras" folder that resides within the main movie folder. Issue is that "some" of these extras just refuse to be identified as such and show up in my main movie library. Attached is an info screen shot of one such extra that just wont go. Am I naming something incorrectly?
Luke 42081 Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 can you show a screenshot of the contents of the cars 2 movie folder? thanks.
hstamas 179 Posted August 1, 2017 Author Posted August 1, 2017 Man Luke, you are too quick (in a good way - really appreciating how this community responds to questions!). I actually figured it out comparing a movie folder that DOES work. Turns out this is only happening on movies that I also have a 3D version to go along with the main movie. I had the 3D version scanning as a second title and that was breaking apart the entire folder as separate movies. Once I named the 3D version properly so it was seen as a true "version" of the movie all fell into place. I can elaborate on my field structure/naming if anyone reading this is having the same issue.
Luke 42081 Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 Check out our 3d naming guide for examples on how to combine 3d naming with multi-version support: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/3D%20videos Thanks.
