server install error

I searched but couldn't find a similar error/resolution. My system is windows 7 professional. when I install the server it stops and gives me an error

cannot access a disposed object

systemnet http listener

 

I uninstalled the server and attempted to reinstall with the same results. I also did a system restore to last week just in case and tried to reinstall with no luck. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Wild guess but is there already something running on the ports 8096 or 8945 ?

Make sure the server isn't running also - either as a normal app or a service.

I got it sorted out. The server was running. I stopped it, uninstalled, reinstalled and was able to get my media folders all set up. Must have been one of about 2 dozen cockpit errors on my part this weekend. Thank you!
