Transcoding Trouble

I have lossless flac audio files and some dsd audio files and am trying to download them to the Android Mobile app. I set the quality to high, as I do not want the original because of size. All the flac files fail. The server log says, "Bitrate exceeds DirectStream limit" which I take to mean the server cannot transcode the flac files? I attached the server log and one of the flac transcoding file logs.
