Buffering/Server isnt powerful enough issues

Hello,

I am using the most recent stable version of Emby and I am having random buffering up to 30 seconds/your server isn’t powerful enough notifications. I am using a Dell Vostro with an Ivy Bridge i5 that is connected to our router as a server and playing the content through an RP3(Libeelec/kodi) located on the other side of the room by wifi. My Emby addon for Kodi is set to default through HTTP and everything populates correctly in kodi.

 

I know the server is powerful enough as it can play blu ray movies for hours with no issues but when the hiccups start I have to restart the server to get it to start playing normal again the buffering wont stop.

 

I am looking for some insight on how I can fix the issue. I am attaching a log of a two minute period where the playback stopped then resumed to determine where the bottle neck is.

All my media is 720-1080p mkv/mp4, the one in the log that I had issues with is an mkv
