sfnetwork 514 Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 (edited) I'm not sure how to reproduce this exactly but it happened several times. I think after stopping a playback, not sure... When going in the home screen, I see those (after "on now" from Live TV): I don't have recording so this section shouldn't be there (and usually, aren't) but here they are spinning... They match this (from a little above): Edited July 26, 2017 by sfnetwork
ebr 16169 Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 The next time it happens, please send a log from the app. Thanks. 1
sfnetwork 514 Posted July 26, 2017 Author Posted July 26, 2017 The next time it happens, please send a log from the app. Thanks. ok done I was able to reproduce by exiting the app and starting it (to start over), (everything was fine at that point), resuming playback, going back to home screen and I had a latest recording spinning with the title of my playback... Sent the logs.
ebr 16169 Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Thanks. Unfortunately, I cannot see whatever is going wrong in the log. Can you hook me up as a Connect user and let me see if I can find it running the debugger?
sfnetwork 514 Posted July 26, 2017 Author Posted July 26, 2017 Here is a video of it to show you exactly the issue in meantime... https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZMMVKwrssrHfU4KV2
ebr 16169 Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Can you still reproduce this? If so, can you hook me up via Connect?
sfnetwork 514 Posted July 28, 2017 Author Posted July 28, 2017 I'm still testing with my other Rokus (3, stick, ultra) just to see if it's specific to a model or specifically one of my Rokus...
sfnetwork 514 Posted July 29, 2017 Author Posted July 29, 2017 Ok well my Roku Ultra has the same issue. Please give me details on how to proceed with Connect. Not sure I understood what you want to do.
Farfignugget 4 Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Ok well my Roku Ultra has the same issue. Please give me details on how to proceed with Connect. Not sure I understood what you want to do. Go to the dashboard, users, add guest. When it asks for user, put in ebr. He'll accept it and connect to your server. 1

ebr 16169 Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Okay, should be fixed in the next beta. You can remove my user if you want. Thanks! 1

ebr 16169 Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 wow, really, just curious, what was the issue? Just a condition that I had not properly accounted for (Live TV but no recordings). I'm actually surprised you are the first one to hit it. More than likely, you are just the first one to take the time to report it. Thanks. 1
