wolverine79936 1 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Hullo once again. I have a new issue. Any of my videos that have chapters randomly drop back to the main screen when they change chapters. I was just watching a movie, Star Trek V, that just did that. It was playing fine and then poof, it changed chapters and then went back to the STV page about the video. I'm running FreeNAS and the new 3.26 update hasn't come to me yet. And the clients are Windows 10 and Windows 7 on my LAN.
ebr 16191 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 What app? How do you know it is "changing chapters"?
wolverine79936 1 Posted July 25, 2017 Author Posted July 25, 2017 (edited) I don't know that it is precisely when a chapter should be changing, but normally it is very close to where the chapter should be changing. It dropped just a moment ago again and it was about 3 minutes before the chapter change this time. -- I have also cleared the cache in Google Chrome and re-run all of the scheduled tasks again this morning and am still having the same problem on Windows 7. This issue also started when I upgraded the FreeNAS Emby Plugin to 3.25. And the emby workbench keeps telling me about 3.26 now, but the FreeNAS plugin doesn't have a toggle for updating to 3.26 yet. I was in hopes that it was some kind of glitch that only I found in 3.25. How much work is it to do a manual download and update to the Emby Plugin for FreeNAS? Does this wreck the functionality of FreeNAS and it's plugin? -- I didn't see that before. I'm using the WebApp. Edited July 25, 2017 by wolverine79936
ebr 16191 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 I doubt it has anything to do with the chapters but the best thing to do is provide the information requested in reporting media playback issues. Thanks.
