Custom ordering for media info screen

Allow admins/users to alter the order of information on a media info screen.  So for instance, currently on the movie information screen, it shows ratings, description, actors, similar media.  If it is possible, allow a user to reorder some or all of these sections to their preference.

Not that i am aware of - might be possible with a bit of css foo - but not my expertise
