Completed LG smart tv reboot when accessing dlna folder

I'm accesing the folder thru inputs and notices when accessing the emby folder, than the movies folder. Once accessing the list it will reboot the tv, it switches off and back on. My second lg smart tv works fine, what could be the issues that causing the other lg to reboot?

What models are they?

LG 47LN5700-UH version 05.09.09 works fine and LG 42LM6400-DJ version 04.32.04 is rebooting when accessing the folder

Is the tv software fully up to date?

Yes, fully up to date. It see the movies, but doesn't load any images to the thumbnails and clicking on the movies reboot the tv.

I think is from 2012-2013
