No media info in "recently added"

Recommended Posts

In my Kodi-Emby-Client: If I select a movie from "recently added" It plays but I do not get any media infos and I do not see it in my Server-dashboard under "active devices".

If I select the same movie from "movies" I get all the library data like cover, plot, etc. and I see it running in the server-dashboard under "active devices".

Is this a known issue?

My Setup:

Emby Server: Version 3.2.20.0

Kodi Krypton with latest Emby-App

Thanks for the feedback, I'd like to help, unfortunately I don't know what you are referring to. Screenshots and logs would be appreciated.

Are we talking recently added shortcut provided by the add-on? Or widget recently added?

Here a some more infos: (It's not an urgent matter, just for info)

My Setup:

- Emby Server: v3.2.20.0

- Kodi v17.3 (and also v15.x)

- Kodi-Emby-Clients I tested: v2.3.46 / v2.3.48 / v2.3.49a

- addon in native mode.

- client in local network

- The issue ONLY appears in native mode. NOT in addon-mode

Issue:

Under "recently added movies" and "recently added tv shows" (recently added music albums are ok):

- It does not show any media info

- A running movie or tv show does not apear in the server dashboard unter "active devices"

(If you select the same media under "movies" and under "tv shows" the media info displays, all good)

I think I am talking about the recently added shortcut provided by the add-on. Be be sure here is a screenshot:

Here the kodi debug-log:

I restarted and selected a movie from "recently added" then I selected a movie from "movies"

kodi-debug.log

Here is the server log for the corresponding timeframe: (client-time = server-time + 2hours) (sorry about that)

server.log

Hope this helps

Cheers
