Phishflix 1 Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 my user watch list aren't staying to there user. like user-a watches a movie but it shows as watch on user-b list as well when i look at dashboard recent activity list the right user but active devices list user b as watching the flim any help where i screwed up would be helpful

Phishflix 1 Posted July 20, 2017 Author Posted July 20, 2017 no the user doesnt know how to switch account but let give u detail about my setup to see if u can figure where i might went wrong ok obviously i have emby running as back end im useing kodi as front end on andorid tv box i setup each kodi a user name and matching emby user name. what funny is its only movie that seems to be crossing over not tv show episode

Angelblue05 4132 Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 Yes, Don't copy the folder directly. Instead, use the backup restore method. Also note, each user has their own library. So you can't just copy user a and set up user b to use that library as primary user. It will need to be user a every where. If a different primary Emby user is going to be use, you'll need to go through the syncing process for that user.
