Question about windows updates

I restarted my PC and had a problem launching Emby Theater. So I uninstalled it and went to re-install. It goes through installing .NET 4.6.2 (Windows 10 machine so I have it already) then seems like it's going to install Emby and just crashes.  

 

Any ideas? I tried to remove any temp files I could thinking they are hanging things up, but result stays the same.

Disregard. I guess I was in the middle of  .NET update. When I forced it to complete, Emby installed.
