Strange jumping while watching TV shows on hard drive.

Recently I have noticed that when playing some videos stored on the hard drive that the scene would jump back to a previous scene but the timeline shows that it has not moved. At first I thought it was the video itself, so I tried it with vlc etc and it played no problem. and this happens with different shows. I have attached some of the logs while I was watching the simpsons.

I was using it through chrome, seems to be ok when using the android app.
