bthoem 0 Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Hi - bought a lifetime license yesterday, and then the problems starts:-) On first scan of a folder with 751 childrens movies in various formats, everything went well. 751 movies added to the database. Then, later yesterday, something must have happened since it now only displays 196 movies and I am not able to scan more. I have tried to delete cache, I have reinstalled and run debug logging. Is there any way to find out where the scanner stops, to check if a movie file, or other files in the folder, is currupt? I have tried to read the log file, but I need help in understanding it. The latest logfile (debug enabled) is attached. My environment is a Windows 10 PC as a server. The movie collection is access via network on a Windows Home Server. Hope someone can help out understanding where/ what the problem lies. Thank you, Bjørn Tore Log.txt
Luke 42083 Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Hi, it looks like the library scan completed. Why do you think it only scanned 196 out of 751 movies?
Guest asrequested Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 (edited) Are all the files on one drive/folder, or separate drives/folders? If multiple locations, is it possible that access to some of them has changed? Edited July 17, 2017 by Doofus
