rpulido 0 Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Hello, I have Emby Server (Version 3.2.25.0) installed in a Docker on my Unraid box. This setup has been working great for quite a while. Recently, I have had trouble playing a few videos. I have attached an error log from one of these events. What is most frustrating is that I am able to temporarily correct this error. Under manage server -> Transcoding, if I select "Use System Installed Version" then everything works just fine. Unfortunately, there server will not retain this setting, every night it is reset to "Use a custom version". The path listed after reset is "/config/ffmpeg/20170308/ffmpeg" I am looking for one of two solutions. A. How do I get Emby to retain the Use System Installed Version setting Or B. How to I correct the Transcode error in the log? ErrorLog.txt
Luke 42083 Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Hi there, can you please attach the emby server log? thanks.
rpulido 0 Posted July 15, 2017 Author Posted July 15, 2017 Hope this is what you needed, let me know if not, thanks. ServerLog.txt
Luke 42083 Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 @@rpulido I'm looking into this, thanks. The workaround for now is to specify the full path rather then selecting system installed. Let me know if that helps. Thanks.
