latinumking 7 Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 (edited) I have a Emby Premiere and 2 servers running (1 on a diskstation and 1 on a pc). I cannot connect anymore to any of these, the message that appears is always: We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again. A restart of both does not help. What is wrong? PC has .24 and DS has .20 version running. I cannot connect by Chrome Browser, will later Check Android app. Google App on Android works... very strange, indeed... Thank you for your help and advice. Jaha 2 Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Hello! I also had problems connecting with chrome-browser. Worked flawless in Firefox and Android app. For me it was adblock plugin in chrome that was the problem, pause or make a exception from emby-site and now it works again. /Jaha
latinumking 7 Posted July 15, 2017 Author Posted July 15, 2017 Thank you for that information. I have adblock in service but no update. 1 day later, no chances made, it worked as well. Interestingly only Chrome was affected. No connection to any server worked, explorer worked fine. No system restart helped. However did not disable adblocker.
