Ich habe Emby schon gefühlte 100x neu installiert, hab das Log (hoffe das richtige) gepostet

und keine und keine Antwort darauf erhalten,

anscheinend lesen die hier nicht richtig mit.

Ich habe mich im WWW erst schlau machen müssen da der Post #6 hier nicht weiterhilft,

habe mir WINSCP heruntergeladen und in der DISKSTATION eingeloggt.

 

@ Luke In dem im Post #10 beschriebenen Ornder befindet sich kein Ordner plugins.

Ich hatte mir gerade 1 Monat Premiere gekauft als das update kam

Hier nochmals das Log das ich jedoch schon weiter oben gepostet hatte.

Welchen Dienst hast du auf Port 68 laufen?

Was muss ich wo auf der DS aktivieren?

 I do not have a mono installed only Embyserver package I have again today Emby uninstalled

im plugin ordner ist die diese dll-Datei: Emby.Kodi.SyncQueue.dll

lässt sich aber nicht löschen

 

 

Waren Sie in der Lage, es mit den oben genannten Informationen zu lösen?

Es gab ein Update, half aber nicht, DS auch neu gestartet, Server startet nicht :-(

Langsam wird es fad... :-/

.dll-Datei gelöscht, Emby-Server lässt sich trotzdem nicht starten :-(

 

Kann man nicht die funktionierende Version wieder bereitstellen?

leider habe ich hier noch kein einzigen brauchbaren hinweis erhalten

ein User schein einen Workaround zu haben der hat mir aber leider bisher noch nicht geantwortet.

 

Ich werde das Wochenende noch abwarten, dann werde ich mich von Emby wieder verabschieden

war ein kurzes trauriges Gastspiel und Premiere um sonst gekauft

 

Ich glaube nicht das dir hier geholfen wird!

Anscheinend gibt es nur bei Synology die Probleme nach dem Update, verstehe nicht wieso man nicht wieder auf die alte Version geht.

Emby gefällt mir eigentlich sehr gut, nur diese Aktion ist ein no-go, vorallem wenn man dafür zahlt, bin sehr enttäuscht und überlege auch mich zu verabschieden,

wenn da nicht bald eine Lösung kommt. Support finde ich sehr sehr schwach.

 

Welche Alternative hast du im Auge?

Ich habe Kodi Clients die bisher mit MySQL liefen und jetzt auch wieder laufen, weil Emby nicht geht.

Aber mag eine Servervariante haben, Plex weiss ich halt nicht...

ich hatte auch Kodi mit MySQL laufen, da ich damit immer mal wieder kleine Problemchen hatte

und einige im Kodiforum so von Emby geschwärmt haben,

ich gerade nix besseres zu tun hatte dachte ich ich probiers mal.

Die Version 3.2.20.0-1 lief ja auch sofort einwandfrei mit Kodi zusammen

 

Die ganze Scheisse fing erst mit 3.2.22.0-1 an und Emby ist bis

heute 3.2.25.0-1 nicht mehr zum laufen zu bewegen :angry:

 

Plex gefällt mir nicht, werde wohl nächste woche wieder Kodi mit MySQL bauen

Bei mir genau das selbe, Version 3.2.20.0-1 ging ohne Probleme, erst aber der 22er blieben die Filme manchmal hängen,

musste den Server neu starten, und dann ging auf einmal gar nichts mehr.

 

Bin ebenfalls extrem sauer, wird aber wohl nichts anderes übrig bleiben als wieder auf MySQL zurück.

 

Ich würde mir zumindest eine Reaktion hier erwarten, wie der Status ist, dass daran gearbeitet wird...

Aber im Regen stehen lassen kann nichts, so viel zum Premiere-Support!

The 3.2.25.0-2 release is now available and should address the compatibility issues that have been reported here.

Hi folks, I have Emby version 3.2.25.0-2 updated and Emby starts again properly
I have seen in the 3thparty folder MONO was changed to version 4.8.1 That was probably a part of the solution?

Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear you're up and running again.

 

It's more a workaround, than solution at this stage, while we figure out what the root cause of the issue is with Mono 5.0 on certain systems.

 

Mono 5.0 has been the default on the beta channel for a couple of months, so we had a reasonable level of confidence before making the change for the stable channel.

We've just finished building 3.2.32.0 for Synology/XPEnology, however before we release it we'd like to do some final tests to make sure this problem does not resurface.

How do I upgrade? Emby server tells me to go to DSM to upgrade. However DSM is not aware of any newer version. Currently running 3.2.30.0
