Transcoding notification

It would be nice if there was some kind of onscreen notification when Emby was transcoding - even better with a coutdown guesstimate of how much time until the video could play, something like "Hang on a sec; preparing the video to play on this device".

 

As things stand, it looks like Emby is just frozen and bugging out and doing nothing when it's actually off trying to put the video or audio in a format the device can play. I think making it clear the enduser that Emby is actually doing something along with some kind of timeframe as to when Emby might be done would be really helpful, especially given the prevalence of HEVC and AC3 5.1 which are completely unplayable on older computers and Chromebooks.
