MB Photos plugin missing

Hi Guys

 

Just finished a fresh install of MB Server Version 3.0.5135.31685.

 

I'm trying to install the MB Photos plugin but it's not listed under any of the available plugins? Is somewhere I can download it and install it manually?

Photos have been pulled into the server core. The plugin doesn't exist anymore

 

That functionality may not be available until this weekends release server update. Not 100% sure if that change is public as I'm always running dev level server.

Yeah, sorry, I may have been a bit pre-mature pulling the plug-in but it will be defunct as of the next release.

If MB Photo plugin is pulled from the server, how are we supposed to view photos in Media Browser?

In some previous versions of the server I used to be able to have a photo slide show but now it does not work. When I go to the pictures folder I see the images but there is no possibility to to have a slide show initiated. Currently MBPhoto is not installed and running Server Version 3.0.5211.41935

 

What do I need to do or setup for this to work?

You need to setup a media library with your photos of the type photos. That will make them show up just like they used to with the old plugin.

"When I go in to the pictures folder" doesn't tell us what you are actually doing,

 

In what app/interface?

 

I sound like a broken record but a picture is worth more than 1,000 words.

In the Library I have created a group called "Pictures" which is a Folder Type for Photos. When I browse to the Pictures folder I created I see all of the individual folders from my server which have the pictures I have. When I navigate into one of those folders I see all of the individual photos in that folder.

 

The question is how do I initiate a photo slide show from a given folder? The screen shot below is an example of a particular folder that I can see the pictures but have no idea how to start it in a slide show.

Okay, you still didn't indicate which app you are using but the picture gives it away.  That is MB Theater, right?

 

I don't believe MBT has implemented any slide show capabilities but I'm not sure.  You can search in the MBT forum.

I thought this was the MBT Forum if not what forum is this posting in then?

 

I assume there are no plugins for MBT then either to support this. Where can I find a list of services or functionality for MBT?
