streaming problems on emby

having this issue with this channel on emby maybe an issue with transcoding but i also tested with no hardware acceleration and there no difference.

I tried on chromecast  on iphone and on the same server emby on chrome  still broken

 

the issue the stream comes in broken and no matter how long i wait  it does not  clear

 

"same channel " as u can see it plays fine software HDhomerun left side and emby on the right 

and it also plays fine on my DLNA tv streaming it straight from hdhomerun 

 

wondering if anyone can take look at log maybe as i don't understand it very well i do see couple of errors but don't know where problem maybe

Is it possible the channel is protected (DRM) by the provider?

Fix it just reset the hdconnect and its back to normal weird
