Emby hasn't updated since v3.2.20.14

I tried to update to the latest stable but it doesn't update to the latest, it updates to the previous version

For me in the emby server dashboard it says a new version is available:

 A new version of Emby Server is available!

Version 3.2.22.0 is now available for download.

 

I don't use docker i am on raspbian jessie. 

I ran sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade a couple times after shutting down the server and its still on 3.2.20.0

Is this because of the beta thing being paused? I think i am on the stable release cycle.
