Custom movie list

How can I create a custom list and manual movies to the list? Or how to tag some movies and create a list based on this tag?

Sounds like you want to make a collection or playlist.  Right click the item and add to collection or playlist, if you hold down right click it will open the multi-select tool thing use 3  dot menu in top right.

It's not a collection, maybe a playlist. I will create one for tests to make sure it fits my needs.
