Impossible to connect to the server

Hello everyone,

I've been pulling my hair out for a few days to connect to my server.

I installed on windows PC and on my box android nvidia shield.

Everything worked very well 1 day.

The next day I had no access to the server from the box but still having my session active in chrome I had access to the server.

I had the misfortune to disconnect from it and since I can no longer connect to the server.

I get to the page to connect to the server, I see the server, when I click on it temporizes with a round that turns and nothing happens that it is on the pc like the box and even the android phone also that I ' I wanted to test it too.

I have a freebox, so I added the TCP and UDP ports in "mafreebox" with as destination the name of my pc and its ip knowing that my server emby bears the name of my pc.

 

I know more what to do if someone has an idea?

First thing did you statically assign or dhcp reserve an ip for your Emby server? If not it may have been assigned a different IP address.

Second is there a router/ firewall between you server and shield?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I rebooted the pc software and it comes back.

I was stupid not to have thought of it before.

I had to restart the pc and the application emby did not restart. I restarted it and it works.
