Breeze startup - MBC unresponsive to remote control

I just installed the latest version of the Breeze theme.

 

When I start MBC from the Media Center main menu, it does not respond to any commands from my Harmony remote. I have to perform a mouse movement or click in order to get it to "wake up" and after that it works fine.

 

It's as if Breeze causes Media Center to lose input focus.

 

This does not happen with any of the other themes (including Crystal).

 

Windows 8.0 Pro, MBC  3.0.129.0 2-12.2, Breeze 1.0.12.0.

 

Also, what is this?

Bumping this; would be great if the theme author could take a look.

Yes, I also have a lot of problems with Breeze that makes it not usable for me, I eventually stopped using it.

Meanwhile I'm using Pearl theme more stable for me (although I do not like as Breeze Theme) until Lee can solve all problems of crashes and performance.

Bump, getting this as well.  Can reproduce in a TV season view by hitting page up near the top of a list.

I own Crystal and Rock. Breeze is my favorite. It hangs why scrolling my library and becomes unresponsive.  I have to back out  to the main menu and re-enter into the theme.
