breezytm 124 Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 Hi, Is there a reason why Emby isn't pull the channel logos from the device itself? It's really hard to locate channels base on numbers and there is no way in hell I am going to sit down and put back logos on all these channels again, MANUALLY.
Luke 42078 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 To my knowledge hdhomerun does not expose them for other applications to utilize.
breezytm 124 Posted June 28, 2017 Author Posted June 28, 2017 UGH How about free guide from Scheduled Direct for Emby Premiere uses?
breezytm 124 Posted June 28, 2017 Author Posted June 28, 2017 Anything other than having to do manually. Well I am not going to do it anyway. Way too much work.
maegibbons 1287 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Why not just subscribe to SD?. its not that expensive. krs Mark
BAlGaInTl 288 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Why not just subscribe to SD?. its not that expensive. krs Mark This. If you aren't willing to do it manually, the small fee per year is totally worth it. I subscribe myself. It's just easier.
breezytm 124 Posted June 28, 2017 Author Posted June 28, 2017 I am already paying guide subscription from Silicondust. I supported mc2xml. I paid for Emby Premiere. It seems like at the end I am the only one spending? How about Emby picks up the tab for premiere users.
blade005 185 Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 (edited) You could look into zap2xml. That might have an option to grab channel icons Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk @@Smok@zz @@breezytm Zap2XML does have grab channel icons option, if available. The default is NOT to download, but you can add the argument to create a Channel Icons Directory. I don't recall the quality being all that great. http://zap2xml.awardspace.info/ -i <iconDirectory> (default = don't download channel icons) Edited July 5, 2017 by blade005 1
