Tv shows sound only ipad

Can anyone help me? I'm.new to emby, movies stream fine but tv shows I get no pictures only sound on an iPad Air

Screen showers, I can't report as this is on iPad app so I have no access to server log

 

I get Audio but no video, I can only assume it's because it's HVEC BR RIP, is there any way around this for iOS?

Ok unfortunately I would love to help but without access to logging info it's hard to offer much advice. Can you ask the administrator of your server to come and participate in this conversation? Thanks !
