cant connect to server

trying to connect through iphone7 ios 10.3.3 to my server that is windows 10.

 

cant connect to server when not connected on the same internet as the server meaning when im on 4G or other internet a different ip basicly and yes i set up port forwarding and that also didnt help and i set up my antivirus that also didnt help .

 

 

please help me thank you

ok private ip worked public didnt 

 

lan worked 

 

wan didnt work

Then most likely your issue is related to to port forwarding on your router.  Did Canyouseeme.org see your port open?

ok its working now what was i took dhcp ip for the port forwarding so i changed it by putting a static ip now port is open and port its working
