Sireone 6 Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 For some reason, I added 4 seasons of a series to my library. After the real time scan, it picked up the seasons, but only cover art and episode images. No other metadata were retrieved. The name/title of the episodes still listed the file names. I ran a manual library scan, nothing. When I tried to 'Refresh' the season, it said it was queued, but nothing happened. When went in and refreshed a single episode (search for missing metadata), It then pulls in the metadata for that episode including episode title, synopsis, media info etc. How can I force Emby to refresh all seasons of a series and pull down the metadata?

A series level refresh will refresh the entire series if you give it time, depending on what ever else the server is doing. The server log would be helpful also. What is the folder structure? What is the naming scheme? What there series identified properly?
