Couple questions regarding a new library

I have some tutorials I want to add to emby to easily keep track of watched status. I made a new library as unset(mixed content) which I've never used before (should I have set it to home movies instead?). Anyway, first thing, what happened to the user setting to limit the libraries they see? I don't want tutorials on anyone else's profile, I'm sure there was a setting to select which libraries can be accessed. I prevented tutorials from appearing on latest, but can't find the setting to select/deselect viewable libraries per user.

 

Next, every video I play starts with the intro I have set up to play before movies. The files are content type Inherit, but it still happens if I switch it to content type TV. The videos tend to be pretty short so having the intro play before each one is a deal breaker, do I need to change the library type?

Yes, I would set these up as home videos - assuming there is going to be no internet metadata available for them.
