Happy2Play 9782 Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 How about a server log. Have you changed ports recently? Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted Maybe a port conflict. All other topics a machine restart resolves the issue.
