Lee 212 Posted June 24, 2017 Author Posted June 24, 2017 I've just started again completely.. I've noticed remote login to the server is very flaky over the last couple of versions Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
Lee 212 Posted June 24, 2017 Author Posted June 24, 2017 I've saved my logs @@Luke I'll upload them when I get a chance Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
socalredneck 11 Posted June 24, 2017 Posted June 24, 2017 I have a similar or same problem. It looks as if I've lost the links to my metadata. Very, very few of my movies have the proper images. This has happened in the past day or two, but don't know when. I have several Roku's and android devices, but the attached view is shown from my servers web browser.

We'll do our best to get you squared away. Thanks ! Log attached, it's odd as now I see some other issue where the images are blank or messed up and wrong. I'm testing from different machines and clients to see if its something to do with the server or client. The attached screenshot was on a different machine from yesterday and with Edge Log1.txt

Luke 42083 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 @@socalredneck I see lots of timeouts and failures to connect to external domains such as MovieDb and others. It looks like a network issue of some kind on the server. Since several days have passed the issue may very well have come and gone by now. If you open up one of the detail screens for these movies and use the refresh function, does that bring images back? thanks !
socalredneck 11 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 A couple days ago I went ahead and requested a refresh in the Metadata Manager. Since I have a lot of movies, I don't know how long it took. I browsed through my movies now and they seem to be back. I don't know what caused the miss communication originally.
